Nora Tocci
Ms. Tocci is the President and co-founder of Contrast Optical Design & Engineering, Inc. Ms. Tocci has more than 13 years experience with optical system design, assembly, and testing. 

Her experience includes beam control and pointing systems, alignment of diagnostics, multispectral imaging sensors, optical metrology, medical imaging devices, and laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy. She has over 10 years of experience in critical alignment and optical metrology for integration of complex optical systems. She is co-author on 6 U.S. patents for optical devices and systems.

Michael D. Tocci, Ph.D.
Dr. Mike Tocci is the Chief Technical Officer and co-founder of Contrast Optical Design & Engineering, Inc. He received his B.S. in Optics from the University of Rochester and his Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. He is currently a Research Associate Professor in the Electrical & Computer Engineering Department at the University of New Mexico.

Mike has over 15 years of optical design, research, teaching, and engineering experience, including over 9 years' experience working with the ZEMAX Optical Design Program. With a deep and extensive background in military and medical imaging and illumination systems, and a solid grounding in physics, he is confident working on any optical design or analysis project. He is an author of 15 U.S. patents for optical devices and 3 pending patents.

John Dunbar
Mr. Dunbar is the Chief Engineer and co-founder of Contrast Optical Design & Engineering, Inc. Mr. Dunbar has 22 years experience with mechanical system design in general and over 17 years experience designing and building mechanical systems for optics. John currently has 1 patent pending.

Specific experience includes design and implementation of rugged mechanical systems for airborne imaging systems including Visible, NIR and MWIR sensor suites. He has a varied background that includes system integration on various aircraft, unique motorized filterwheels, and cryostatic systems.
